WP 1. Preparation: Comparative analysis of current situation in Azerbaijan about networking and communication strategies

The aim of the WP is to develop a methodology of comprehensive research of the level of national networking and cooperation among universities and in-depth analysis of collected data and legislative documents. All the universities will be involved in data collection process.   Special questionnaire will  be prepared for learning the perspectives of top level managers, academic staff, students, alumni and representatives of labor market.

1.3. Preparation of task force report on findings.
