WP 2. Development: Establishment of the Rectors conference and development of its organizational structure and functionality.

The first task for the consortium will be setting up the coordination committee. The group will consist of one member from Local partners. They will define the organizational structure, working principles, membership rules, financing strategy as well as objectives and mission of the CAUR based on best EU practice. Team will participate at study visits organized by EU partners and will be required to share the best practices with their community. The group will establish information flows and communication channels in order to build up and maintain the necessary transparency, participation and trust between network members.

2.1. Setting out the first coordination committee  for CAUR.

2.2. Studying best European experience.

2.3. Revision of the regulation of the council of rectors.

2.4. Defining the organizational structure, working principles, objectives and mission of the CAUR based on best EU practice.

2.5. Organization of rectors meeting.

2.6. The establishment of Conference of Azerbaijan Universities Rectors.
