WP 2. Development: Establishment of the Rectors conference and development of its organizational structure and functionality.
The first task for the consortium will be setting up the coordination committee. The group will consist of one member from Local partners. They will define the organizational structure, working principles, membership rules, financing strategy, and objectives and mission of the CAUR based on best EU practices. The team will participate in study visits organized by EU partners and will be required to share the best practices with their community. The group will establish information flows and communication channels to build up and maintain the necessary transparency, participation, and trust between network members.
2.1. Setting out the first coordination committee for CAUR.
2.2. Studying the best European experience.
2.3. Revision of the regulation of the council of rectors.
2.4. Defining the organizational structure, working principles, objectives, and mission of the CAUR based on best EU practices.
2.5. Organization of rectors meeting.
2.6. The establishment of the Conference of Azerbaijan Universities Rectors.
