WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE AZERBAIJAN HR INSTITUTE, THE TRAINING ENTITLED “STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT”\” WAS HELD AT THE BAKI BUSINESS UNIVERSITY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE ERASMUS+ PROJECT

On 08-09 February 2022, two days training session called “Strategic planning and management” was held at Baku Business University with the support of the Azerbaijan HR Institute within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Establishment of the Rectors’ Conference in Azerbaijan” funded by the European Commission and coordinated by Baku Business University.

The members of the project consortium, vice-rectors, and other leaders of 16 higher education institutions participated in the training. Opening the event, the rector of Baku Business University, prof. Ibad Abbasov greeted the guests and talked about the work done within the project, as well as the benefits of the upcoming training, and wished success to all participants.

Adviser to the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Nijat Mammadli, made a speech and greeted the representatives of higher education institutions, and emphasized that the topic of strategic planning and management is of great importance in the effective management of higher education institutions.

Then Nazim Aliyev, a professional trainer with international education and experience in management, after acquainted with the participants, gave detailed information to the participants about the training program.

On the first day of the training, issues such as the importance of strategic planning, methods and methods of planning, involvement of stakeholders in the process, determination of mission, vision, and values, analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, existing opportunities, and threats of the higher education institution, determination of key performance indicators, preparation of the budget were covered.

On the next day of the training, modern methods and forms of performance management, a flexible (agile) management approach to achieve high-performance teamwork, its main principles, as well as risk analysis and management were provided.

At the same time, on the second day of the training, the participants made a presentation on strategic planning as teams. In the presence of the rector, Prof. Ibad Abbasov, the participants of the event were awarded certificates and gifts.

ERASMUS+ LAYİHƏSİ ÇƏRÇİVƏSİNDƏ BAKI BİZNES UNİVERSİTETİNDƏ AZƏRBAYCAN HR İNSTİTUTUNUN DƏSTƏYİ İLƏ “STRATEJİ PLANLAŞDIRMA VƏ İDARƏETMƏ” ADLI TƏLIM BAŞ TUTMUŞDUR

08-09 fevral 2022-ci il tarixində Bakı Biznes Univeristetinin koordinatoru olduğu və Avropa Komissiyası tərəfindən maliyyələşdirilən “Azərbaycanda Rektorlar Konfransının yaradılması” adlı Erasmus+ layihəsi çərçivəsində  Bakı Biznes Universitetində Azərbaycan HR İnstitutunun dəstəyi ilə “Strateji planlaşdırma və idarəetmə” adlı 2 günlük təlim baş tutmuşdur. Təlimdə layihə konsorsiumunun üzvü olan 16 ali təhsil müəssisəsinin prorektorları və digər rəhbər şəxsləri iştirak etmişdir. Tədbiri giriş sözü ilə açan Bakı Biznes Universitetinin rektoru i.e.d.,prof İbad Abbasov qonaqları salamlayaraq layihə çərçivəsində görülən işlərdən, həmçinin keçiriləcək təlimin faydalarından söz açdı və bütün iştirakçılara uğurlar arzu etdi. Azərbaycan Respublikası Təhsil Nazirinin müşaviri cənab Nicat Məmmədli çıxış edərək ali təhsil müəssisələrinin nümayəndələrini salamladı, strateji planlaşdırma və idarəetmənin mövzusunun ali təhsil müəssiələrinin səmərəli idarə edilməsində mühüm əhəmiyyət kəsb etdiyini vurğuladı. Daha sonra idarəetmə üzrə beynəlxalq təhsil və təcrübəyə malik, peşəkar təlimçi Nazim Əliyev iştirakçılarla tanışlıqdan sonra təlimin proqramı barədə iştirakçılara ətraflı məlumat verdi. Təlimin ilk günündə strateji planlaşdırmanın əhəmiyyəti, planlaşdırmanın üsulları və metodları, maraqlı tərəflərin prosesə cəlb edilməsi, missiya, vizyon və dəyərlərin müəyyən edilməsi, ali təhsil müəssisəsinin güclü, zəif tərəflərinin,  mövcud imkan və təhlükələrinin təhlili, əsas fəaliyyət göstəricilərin müəyyənləşdirilməsi, büdcənin hazırlanması kimi məsələlər əhatə edilmişdir. Təlimin növbəti günündə performansın idarə edilməsinin müasir üsulları və formaları, yüksək performanslı komanda işinə nail olmaq üçün çevik (agile) idarəetmə yanaşması, onun əsas prinsipləri, eləcə risklərin təhlili, idarəedilməsi ilə barədə biliklər verilmişdir. Eyni zamanda təlimin ikinci günüdə iştirakçılar strateji planlaşdırma üzrə komandalar şəklində təqdimat aparmışlar. Yekunda tədbir iştirakçıları rektor i.e.d.,prof İbad Abbasovun iştirakı ilə setitifikat və hədiyyələrlə təltif olunmuşdur.
