An interview about “The development of inter-university cooperation and the effects of the Rectors’ Conference on the Higher Education System”  was held with prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of  Khazar University within the Erasmus + project “Establishment of Rectors Conference in Azerbaijan”.
