THE EXPERIENCE OF THE FRENCH RECTORS’ CONFERENCE IS STUDYING

On the second day of the training, a comprehensive presentation was made on the Constitutive legislation of the French Rectors’ Conference. Ms. Marion Poutrel, the representative of the CPU, spoke about the history of the Conference and important changes made in its legislation so far. Later, CPU vice-rector Ms. Emmanuelle Garnier gave comprehensive information about the commissions, secretariat, and permanent staff of the French Rectors’ Conference and answered the participants’ questions. In the second half of the day, Ms. Marion Poutrel made a presentation on CPU membership rules, and financial and budget issues, and then, finally, the questions of the Azerbaijani delegation were answered in a question-and-answer format.

FRANSA REKTORLAR KONFRANSININ TƏCRÜBƏSİ ÖYRƏNİLİR

Təlimin ikinci günündə Fransa Rektorlar Konfransının Təsis qanunvericiliyi haqqında əhatəli təqdimat edilmişdir.CPU təmsilçisi xanım Marion Poutrel Konfransın yaranma tarixi və indiyə qədər qanunvericiliyində edilmiş mühüm dəyişiklikləri şərh etmişdir. Daha sonra CPU prorektoru xanım Emmanuelle Garnier Fransa Rektorlar Konfransına daxıl olan komissiyalar, katiblik və daimi işçi heyyəti haqqında əhatəli məlumat vermiş və iştirakçıların suallarını cavablandırmışdır. Günün ikinci yarısında xanım Marion Poutrel CPU üzvlükqaydaları, maliyyə və büdcə məslələrinə dair təqdimat etmiş və daha sonra yekun olaraq sual cavab formatında Azərbaycan Nümayəndə heyətinin sualları cavablandırılmışdır.
