THE NEXT MEETING OF THE “ESTABLISHING RECTORS’ CONFERENCE IN AZERBAIJAN” ECAR PROJECT WAS HELD
20 December 2021, the next business meeting of the Erasmus + project “Establishing Rectors’ Conference in Azerbaijan” funded by the European Commission and coordinated by Baku Business University was held at Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. The purpose of the meeting was the evaluation the activities carried out in accordance with the work plan of the project and to discuss the issues planned for the next stage. The event was attended by vice-rectors and officials of 16 local partner universities. Opening the event, the Rector of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, Professor Jeyran Mahmudova stressed the importance of the project and wished success to the project team.
Then, Gulshan Bayramova, the project coordinator, and director of the University-İndustry cooperation department at Baku Business University spoke about the results of the work done in the project and the formation of a working group for the purpose of creating the Azerbaijani model of the Rectors’ Conference. G.Bayramova added created the first working group will prepare a number of documents about the organizational structure, mission, vision, membership rules of the Rectors’ Conference, financing mechanisms of the Conference, and the creation of committees that will operate within it.
Speaking at the event, Nijat Mammadli, head of the Department of Science, Higher Education, and Secondary Special Education of the Ministry of Education, said the project was successfully launched and was of special importance for the development of higher education in our country, as well as expanding cooperation.
In the end, the participants exchanged views on the implementation of the next tasks.
“AZƏRBAYCANDA REKTORLAR KONFRANSI” (ECAR) LAYİHƏSİ İLƏ BAĞLI NÖVBƏTİ GÖRÜŞ KEÇİRİLİB
20 dekabr 2021-ci il tarixində Bakı Biznes Universitetinin koordinatorluğu və Avropa Komissiyasının maliyyə dəstəyi ilə həyata keçirilən “Azərbaycanda Rektorlar Konfransının yaradılması” adlı Erasmus+ layihəsinin növbəti işgüzar görüşü Azərbaycan Dövlət Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universitetində baş tutdu. Görüşün məqsədi layihənin iş planına uyğun olaraq həyata keçirilən fəaliyyətlərin dəyərləndirilməsi və növbəti mərhələdə icrası planlaşdırılan məsələlərin qarşılıqlı müzakirə edilməsi olmuşdur. Görüşdə layihə konsorsiumunun üzvü olan 16 Azərbaycan ali təhsil müəssisələrinin prorektorları və digər məsul şəxsləri iştirak etmişdir.
Tədbiri giriş sözü ilə açan Azərbaycan Dövlət Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universitetinin rektoru prof.Ceyran xanım Mahmudova iştirakçıları salamladı və layihənin önəmindən danışaraq layihə komandasına uğurlar arzu etdi.
Daha sonra layihənin koordinatoru, Bakı Biznes Universitetinin Universitet- sənaye işbirliyi mərkəzinin müdiri Gülşən xanım Bayramova layihədə görülmüş işlərin nəticələri və Rektorlar Konfransının Azərbaycan modelinin yaradılması məqsədilə işçi qrupunun formalaşdırılmasından bəhs edib. G.Bayramova əlavə edib ki, yaradılan ilk işçi qrupu tərəfindən Rektorlar Konfransının təşkilati strukturu, missiyası, vizyonu, üzvlük qaydaları, Konfransın maliyyələşmə mexanizmləri və onun tərkibində fəaliyyət göstərəcək komitələrin yaradılması haqqında bir sıra sənədlər hazırlanacaq.
Tədbirdə çıxış edən Azərbaycan Respublikası Təhsil Nazirliyinin Elm, ali təhsil və orta ixtisas təhsili şöbəsinin müdiri Nicat Məmmədli layihənin uğurla start götürdüyünü və ölkəmizdə ali təhsilin inkişafı, eləcə də əməkdaşlıq imkanlarının genişlənməsi baxımından xüsusi əhəmiyyət kəsb etdiyini vurğuladı.
Görüşün sonunda tədbir iştirakçıları növbəti tapşırıqların icrası ilə əlaqədar fikir mübadilələri apardılar.
