WP 8. Management: Management activities.

The Project management will be coordinated by the Steering Committee, where all partner universities will be represented by one manager. SC will convene once per month via teleconferencing or online meeting to discuss the project recent developments. Online meeting has to be followed by a minute to be approved by all partners. The work plan, the activities for the project implementation and the training periods will be defined, planned, monitored during the SC meetings. The tasks of the SC are to monitor the project implementation, to ensure the consideration of administrative policies and to optimize and coordinate administrative activities.
