THE NEXT TRAINING FOR THE ECAR PROJECT WAS HOSTED BY AZERBAIJAN UNIVERSITY

Azerbaijan University hosted a one-day training on “Creating a Rectors’ Conference in Azerbaijan” (ECAR) Erasmus + project on “Fundamentals of Leadership”. The training, organized with the support of the Azerbaijan HR Institute, was attended by vice-rectors and other leaders of 16 high education institutions, which are local partners of the project.

The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of Azerbaijan University Yusif Gasimov, who gave a brief overview of the work done so far within the project and acquainted the participants with the agenda of the event.

Rector of the University Saadat Aliyeva greeted the guests and wished them success in the training process. The rector said that the discussions held during the meetings and training organized within the ECAR project will contribute to the development of science and education in Azerbaijan, the successful implementation of the ECAR project, and the achievement of project goals. In her speech, Saadat Aliyeva noted that the coordinated activities and close cooperation of high education institutions operating in our country will open wider horizons for Azerbaijani education and take it to higher levels.

Emil Huseynov, the founder of the Azerbaijan HR Institute, said that the main goal of the organization is to support the development of human capital in our country and expressed satisfaction with the partnership with the ECAR project.

After the opening, the “Basics of Leadership” training was launched. The training covered the following topics: “Components of individual performance”, “Components of corporate performance”, “Motivation”, “Maslow’s theory”, “Herzberg’s theory”, “Situational leadership model”, and “Feedback rules”, “DISC

behavior model”. The training was conducted by Vugar Jafarov, an employee of the Azerbaijan HR Institute.

At the end of the day, participants were awarded certificates.

It should be noted that the coordinator of the Erasmus + project “Creation of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan” (ECAR), in partnership with Azerbaijan University, is Baku Business University. The main goal of the project, which covers the period 2021-2024, is to develop a national network and cooperation between universities and other stakeholders through the establishment of a conference of rectors in accordance with national development strategies.

ECAR LAYİHƏSİNİN NÖVBƏTİ TƏLİMİNƏ AZƏRBAYCAN UNİVERSİTETİ EV SAHİBLİYİ EDİB

“Azərbaycanda Rektorlar Konfransının yaradılması” (ECAR) Erasmus+ layihəsinin “Liderliyin əsasları” mövzusuna həsr olunmuş bir günlük təliminə Azərbaycan Universiteti ev sahibliyi edib. Azərbaycan HR İnstitutunun dəstəyi ilə təşkil olunan təlimdə layihənin yerli tərəfdaşı olan 16 ali təhsil müəssisəsinin  prorektor və digər rəhbər şəxsləri iştirak edib.

Tədbiri Azərbaycan Universitetinin elmi işlər üzrə prorektoru Yusif Qasımov açaraq layihə çərçivəsində indiyə qədər görülən işlərə qısa nəzər salıb və iştirakçıları tədbirin gündəliyi ilə tanış edib.

Universitetin rektoru Səadət Əliyeva qonaqları salamlayıb və təlimin işinə uğurlar arzulayıb. Rektor bildirib ki, ECAR layihəsi çərçivəsində təşkil olunan görüş və təlimlər zamanı aparılan müzakirələr Azərbaycan elminin və təhsilinin inkişafına, ECAR layihəsinin uğurlu icrasına, layihə üzrə müəyyənləşdirilən məqsədlərə nail olunmasına öz töhfəsini verəcək. Səadət Əliyeva çıxışında ölkəmizdə fəaliyyət göstərən ali təhsil müəssisələrinin koordinasiyalı fəaliyyət və sıx əməkdaşlığının Azərbaycan təhsilinin qarşısında daha geniş üfüqlər açacağını və onu daha yüksək pillələrə daşıyacağını da vurğulayıb.

Azərbaycan HR İnstitutunun təsisçisi Emil Hüseynov rəhbərlik etdiyi təşkilatın əsas məqsədinin ölkəmizdə insan kapitalının inkişafına dəstək vermək olduğunu bildirib və ECAR layihəsi ilə tərəfdaşlıqdan məmnunluğunu ifadə edib.

Açılışın ardından “Liderliyin əsasları” təliminə start verilib. Təlim “Fərdi performansın komponentləri”,  “Korporativ performansın komponentləri”, “Motivasiya”, “Maslow teoriyası”, “Herzberg teoriyası”, “Situativ liderlik modeli”, “Feedback verilməsi qaydaları”, “DİSC davranış modeli” mövzularını əhatə edib. Təlimi Azərbaycan HR İnstitutunun əməkdaşı Vüqar Cəfərov aparıb.

Günün sonunda təlim iştirakçılarına sertifikatlar təqdim olunub.

Qeyd edək ki, Azərbaycan Universitetinin tərəfdaş olduğu “Azərbaycanda Rektorlar Konfransının yaradılması” (ECAR) Erasmus+ layihəsinin koordinatoru Bakı Biznes Universitetidir. 2021-2024-cü illəri əhatə edən layihənin əsas məqsədi milli inkişaf strategiyalarına uyğun olaraq rektorlar konfransının yaradılması yolu ilə universitetlər və digər maraqlı tərəflər arasında milli şəbəkə və əməkdaşlığı inkişaf etdirməkdir.
