AN INFO DAY OF ECAR (ESTABLISHING RECTORS’ CONFERENCE IN AZERBAIJAN) WAS HELD AT “NAKHCHIVAN” UNIVERSITY

Rector of Nakhchivan State University Elbrus Isayev, Rector of Nakhchivan Teachers Institute Azad Novruzov, Head of Azerbaijan National Erasmus Office Parviz Bagirov, Baku Business University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Baku Engineering University, Baku Higher Oil School, Azerbaijan State Vice-rectors of Culture and Art University, Khazar University and Odlar Yurdu University participated at the information day organized at Nakhchivan University.

Opening the event, Nurlana Aliyeva, associate professor, and the rector of “Nakhchivan” University, spoke about the importance of the project. The rector noted that the goal of the project is to establish national networking among universities and develop comprehensive cooperation through the rectors’ conference in accordance with national development strategies.

Later, the rector of Nakhchivan State University, Elbrus Isayev, made a speech and emphasized the importance of inter-university cooperation at the national level in order to solve the issues arising from the new challenges and demands facing our education in the conditions of fundamental changes and digitization in the world.

Azad Novruzov, Rector of Nakhchivan Teachers’ Institute, spoke about the importance of this event held at “Nakhchivan” University, which is the only partner of the project in the Autonomous Republic. He emphasized that he believes that the project will be successfully implemented, referring to its international importance and its contribution to the development of higher education institutions.

Parviz Bagirov, the head of the National Erasmus Office, shared the international experience of the Rectors’ Conference held within the framework of Erasmus+.

Eshgin Bayramov, the vice-rector for international relations of Baku Business University, gave information about the project’s general purpose, goals, and work plans, as well as local and foreign partners.

Gulshan Bayramova, director of the university-industry cooperation department of Baku Business University, project coordinator, presented a report on the results of the survey conducted within the project and the research conducted in the field of cooperation, communication, and networking in Azerbaijan’s higher education institutions.

Vice-rectors of Azerbaijani universities spoke and emphasized the need for closer cooperation of universities in the modern education system, where new challenges are observed, and their confidence that the project will bring positive results in this direction.

At the end of the event, Rajab Jafarli, the head of the international relations department of the university, made a presentation about the activities carried out by “Nakhchivan” University within the project.

“Naxçıvan” Universitetində təşkil edilən məlumatlandırma günündə  Naxçıvan Dövlət Universitetinin rektoru Elbrus İsayev,  Naxçıvan Müəllimlər İnstitutunun rektoru Azad Novruzov, Azərbaycan Milli Erasmus Ofisinin rəhbəri Pərviz Bağırov, Bakı Biznes Universiteti,

Azərbaycan Dövlət Pedaqoji Universiteti,  Bakı Mühəndislik Universiteti, Bakı Ali Neft Məktəbi, Azərbaycan  Dövlət Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universiteti, Xəzər Universiteti və Odlar Yurdu Universitetinin prorektorları  iştirak edib.

Tədbiri açan “Naxçıvan” Universitetinin rektoru, dosent Nurlana Əliyeva layihənin əhəmiyyətindən danışıb. Rektor bildirib ki, layihənin məqsədi milli inkişaf strategiyalarına uyğun olaraq rektorlar konfransı vasitəsilə universitetlər arasında milli şəbəkələşməni qurmaq və hərtərəfli əməkdaşlığı inkişaf etdirməkdir.

Daha sonra Naxçıvan Dövlət Universitetinin rektoru Elbrus İsayev çıxış edərək dünyada gedən əsaslı dəyişikliklər və rəqəmsallaşma şəraitində təhsilimizin qarşısında dayanan yeni çağırışlar və tələblərdən irəli gələn məsələlərin həlli üçün milli səviyyədə universitetlərarası qarşılıqlı əməkdaşlığın vacibliyini diqqətə çatdırıb.

Naxçıvan Müəllimlər İnstitutunun rektoru Azad Novruzov layihənin Muxtar Respublikada yeganə tərəfdaşı olan “Naxçıvan” Universitetində keçirilən bu tədbirin əhəmiyyətindən danışıb. O, layihənin beynəlxalq əhəmiyyətinə və ali təhsil müəssisələrinin inkişafına verəcəyi töhfələr baxımından önəminə toxunaraq uğurla həyata keçiriləcəyinə inandığını vurğulayıb.

Milli Erasmus Ofisinin rəhbəri Pərviz Bağırov Erasmus+ çərçivəsində həyata keçirilən Rektorlar Konfransı barəsində beynəlxalq təcrübəni bölüşüb.

Bakı Biznes Universitetinin Beynəlxalq əlaqələr üzrə prorektoru Eşqin Bayramov öz çıxışında layihənin ümumi məqsədi, hədəfləri, iş planları, eləcə də yerli və xarici tərəfdaşları barəsində məlumat verib.

Bakı Biznes Universitetinin Universitet-sənaye əməkdaşlığı departamentinin direktoru , layihənin koordinatoru Gülşən Bayramova layihə çərçivəsində keçirilmiş sorğu və Azərbaycan ali təhsil müəssisələrində əməkdaşlıq, əlaqə və şəbəkələşmə sahəsində aparılmış tədqiqatın nəticələrinə dair hesabatla çıxış edib.

Azərbaycan universitetlərinin prorektorları çıxış edərək yeni çağırışların müşahidə olunduğu müasir təhsil sistemində universitetlərin daha sıx əməkdaşlığının zəruriliyini və layihənin bu istiqamətdə müsbət nəticələr verəcəyinə əminliklərini vurğulayıblar.

Tədbirin yekununda çıxış edən universitetin Beynəlxalq əlaqələr şöbəsinin müdiri Rəcəb Cəfərli  layihə çərçivəsində “Naxçıvan” Universiteti tərəfindən görülmüş fəaliyyətlər barəsində təqdimatla çıxış etmişdir.
